  • 5 stars from me as well! Great service form the beginning to the end! Greeted and helped by Susan T. at the front desk who set it up and explained everything to me as I was seen for on the job injury, fast and courteous. Kyle C. took the X-rays, as well, fast and pleasant. I was seen few times by Susan Hancock, the lead NP, who has devoted great amount of time to me. She is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, attentive and explained what is going on and what to expect. I have been to other urgent care facilities in the past, long wait, non personalized service, exhausting... Not the case with Code 3 - highly recommended, caring people, fast, and excellent service! Above and beyond!
