I never go inside this store because when you walk by it reeks of the smell of petrochemicals. But I succumbed and was immediately set upon by a saleswoman with huge blue fingernails who assaulted me with questions about what I was looking for. She kept pushing some expensive product when I noticed a lavender and honey spray that I thought sounded lovely since I only use natural aromatherapy products and it was only $6.
After she tried unsuccessfully to sell me much more product she took me to the counter just as a couple came to the counter from the other direction with their hands full of products.
She dropped my $6 plastic bottle and said "Oh you won't mind if I take care of them first."
Why I did not run screaming from the store at this point is beyond me.
I could not even get the other sales clerk to wait on me.
This sales model is used by all their other stores like Victoria Secret and none of them ever get my business.
