The food here is so good. As close to eating in Italy as it gets in Pittsburgh.
So, it's such a disappointment to run into the third-rate service we had today at Sunday Brunch. There was literally no good service during the whole visit. Some lowlights include waiting too long for the server to greet us, slow to refill beverages, having her aggressively rub her nose with two fingers while taking our order, rudeness from a server who was at the dessert table (I asked what the dessert was in his hand, "What is WHAT?"), not being offered refills for the pasta tasting until she picked up my sons plate to clear it.
Didn't completely ruin the experience, the value was good for the quality of the food. A few years back, there were none of these problems. There was just no quality control outside of the kitchen today.
