  • Hi I want to make a complaint on yorkville salon and spa I bought from teambuy. I just went today to color my hair. It was supposed to be 50% off. I went with my friend. So the stylist quoted me $180 for hair color which is equivalent to what i normally pay retail $90 outside. Second, when we paid, they added additional $45 for blow dry and style which we weren't told at all. We said we would not pay for something we weren't told and the owner said " I'm the owner and I say you have to pay! And don't speak Chinese here, is very disrespectful!" the owner is very racist and she said we just want freebie. I want to make this a serious complaint and I'm very disappointed on this purchase. ( which I bought 2 vouchers 1 from this email, 1 from my husband)
