  • Alright. This is seriously the worst nail job/worst customer service I have ever had!! First of all, I was thrown off by the appearance of the shop. It definitely needs some love. The tech I worked with rushed through my nails and she was so rude and trying to over charge me. I offered to pay her more money if she slowed down, she shut me up while I was talking, still rushing, and she cuts my cuticle with her drill. Twice. Of course, that's MY fault. She then proceeds to pour alcohol on my bloody finger after I asked her not to. The way she handled the situation was so rude. She then tried to over charge me. I left the salon with clear nails because I didn't want to pay $52. For what?! My nails are horrible. They charged Me $30 for an acrylic full set with coffin shape and clear polish with cut cuticles. What a freaking rip off! She didn't even remove the old polish I had completely. So you can see through the clear coat. I can't even believe this!! Never go here. Seriously. Your money is worth way more. She talked to me when we first started. At the end, she didn't speak English. Okay.
