I chose this company for my annual tune up due to the positive reviews. My experience was far from positive. The technician took one look at our unit, told us it was old and that he didn't want to touch it for fear of breaking it. He also looked at our furnace while he was at our home, and went into a sales pitch for new units. While very informative about new units, I wanted a maintenance visit, not a sales call. I was still charged $40, even though the A/C unit was untouched. Yesterday the unit went out. My boyfriend replaced the capacitor and it's back up and running. Had the technician opened the unit, he should have been able to tell us that we needed a new capacitor. Now I'm left to ask my boyfriend to help me figure out what else I can do to update this unit and keep it running. You're better off watching YouTube DIY videos than calling this company.
