  • My FNP-BC, Bethany Williams, did an excellent job of diagnosing my illness when I visited recently. At first, I thought I just had a bad cold and requested the Z-pack that my primary care physician normally prescribes. During her thorough diagnosis of my condition, she determined that I had the flu instead of a cold, therefore, she prescribed the correct medication to attack the flu instead of a cold. It was impressive that she used her own instincts and swabbed my nose to verify her hunches instead of just listening to me to get the appointment done faster to take care of the next patient. Bethany was correct in her instincts and ordered the correct medication to fill at the pharmacy. During my entire visit, she was very pleasant and engaging with me answering all of my questions and explaining her diagnosis with me. CVS Minute Clinic is lucky to have a knowledgeable and personable FNP-BC like Bethany Williams on their staff.
