  • I had a bitter experience for over a year trying to resolve an issue over the phone and email with my Farmers agent. I finally decided to step into an office close to my house and try to cancel all connections with Farmers. I walked in and was greeted and offered a beverage immediately. The agent Luan "Bill" Vu invited me to his desk and asked how he may be of assistance. Once I explained he said that he is more than happy to help me but its been so long since my last quote that I should check it out just to be informed if I still wanted to cancel he would help me either way. I thought "why not? It doesn't cost me a thing and who knows I might be over paying right now" He cared, took his time, never rushed, made all the phone calls and resolved the issue. I was so happy! He turned my whole bad 1 year experience in less than 30 minutes. So I was more than happy to let him quote me... Yes! I switched to Farmers! I'm saving 70.00 a month and now I have the confidence of having an agent that I trust and that cares. I recommend this office 100%!
