  • This is by far the worst Ulta I've been too. They never have what I am looking for in stock, the girls are always on their phones chit chatting amongst themselves. Their displays are always unorganized and if they do have test products out they are typically not in the correct place. In order to get any help I am always having to hunt someone down, which they are already under staffed as it is and then they give me an attitude as if I'm interrupting them. I'm sorry, are you paid to text your friends or work? I am a platinum member and I am never able to redeem any of my perks because they never have them. I've gone in the day they start, they don't have them. I go in a few days after it starts they don't have them. I never leave from here with everything I went there for and end up having to go to the one in Scottsdale during my lunch break.
