  • Customer service was great. The manager and the front desk attendants were always helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were outdated. They seem to have done some upgrades to the hotel but not everything. The breakfast was good. The location was a bit sketchy. It's the old pat of Henderson so it's kind of run down. There were sketchy people bumming around at night. There is a cigarette ashtray outside he hotel and I saw people digging through it. All in all not horrible but not amazing by any means.
