  • The service there was amazing from the salesperson helping me to everyone helping her! Tiffany Branden was so kind and patient even though she is obviously still learning she seems very eager to learn and explained to me the entire time why she was having others review her work and taking her time. Made it easier for me to be patient knowing what steps she was taking in order to insure my experience was great. There was an issue with the LG washer dryer set I ordered. Come my delivery date there were no more in stock! When I received the call (the day before my original delivery date) Tiffany had all her ducks in a row as far as options and price differences. I came in expecting delays and complications but was met at the door with everyone ready to go! She showed me my options, I selected, she did the paper work (with assistance) and we were even able to keep my original delivery day!! Which also went perfectly! The delivery men were prompt, kind, and respectful to watch my door frames and walls. I can not say enough about my experience with this team. The manager Doug Plegmann was Extremely helpful and went above and BEYOND to make sure I left the store happy. I will most definitely be returning in the future for any household purchases I need to make and refer anybody who asks!
