rev:text	I recently moved to Vegas and have to admit was not very excited about another burger joint. . My friends had visited and highly recommended I give it a try. We asked for "Mandy" because we were assured she would take care of us. We were in luck because she just so happened to be working! She was also being requested by a party behind us... I guess she is somewhat of a celebrity in these parts ? She was very busy, yet very fast and gave us the personal attention as if we were here only table. I especially liked that she was not "over the top" and really was a expert on the menu. She described the cooking process, the choice of meats used and even what beverages would compliment each entrée. The recommendations were all spot on as well. We each had selected something different so we could sample everything ( all 6 of us). I Had the truffle burger... I CAN NOT PUT INTO WORDS HOW AMAZING THIS WAS ! I myself, am opening a sports pub/ lounge and tried to get our server Mandy to come and join my team... (she definitely would have a following) , she of course declined stating she herself would miss umami burgers to much. I have since visited twice, as it is the spot I take family and friends when they come into town... Definitely exceeds its reputation !
