  • This is for the smog portion, which is just behind the shop. Super, super simple, quick and easy. 1. Pulled up behind 1 car ahead of me 2. While he was smogging the other car, he came to check under my hood, get license plate and mileage 3. By the time it was my turn, he scanned the VIN, then plugged me in 4. Maybe, just maybe, it took a minute, 2 mins at best 5. Handed me printout to pay cashier inside. Mind you, I have a mini-SUV and it was only $20 total. =). Forgot to get his name, however, the worker who smogged my car had great customer service, asked how my day was and he even looked happy. I'd want to say I was in n out within 5 mins tops for the whole experience.
