| - This flea market is a chain, which I guess is good. It's in a great location, right on the border of SC and NC. The design of this flea market is nice. The vendors are mostly under a roof, unlike the other Barnyard in Duncan, SC where you have to pay a premium to be inside. Here, all are inside and a few folks can rent space outside.
With it being cold out during the winter months, it was actually more pleasant being OUTSIDE on my visit than being in the inner area. The inside area has no heat and the cold air flows through the layout of this flea market and makes you feel more cold.
There are several places to eat, which was surprisingly refreshing. The other Duncan location has 1-2 places to eat, while this one has 4-5 eateries.
There are a ton of vendors at this flea market. I don't know but it seems like these vendors are all selling very similar items. Is there some place they all go online to buy things cheap and then they sell them together? It's the same stuff - cell phone cases, grocery items, socks, perfumes, fake designer purses, kids' dolls. I must have seen 50 booths selling the exact same thing.
This place also doesn't have any vendors selling furniture. I looked for furniture this day and only found one booth that had one lounging chair for sale.
And where's the pet supplies? No one sold pet toys/treat/furniture.
All in all, I'll still go back. I just wish the vendors would branch out and sell something they MADE, not the bulk items they bought from China.
