  • First time using this company. Prices were great & lower than others. The rental process from start to finish was very smooth, with most everything being handled online. Communication was good from initial reservation to delivery. I received a phone call the night before the event to establish a delivery time. Delivery and pickup occurred on time and at the time I was given. The bounce house was very thick & sturdy. The delivery guy anchored it down well, so no worries about being blown away. (It was a windy day!) I would rent from them again. Side note, I wasn't told initially; but there is a 3% fee if you pay with credit/debit. Pay with cash and save yourself a few bucks :)
