| - I've been here a few times. Probably around 4 out of the 5 times, I've been cut or burnt with the shellac removing tool and or with a file. I've never had an issue with any other place. But today I went in for a shellac mani pedi and cut me to the point where I was bleeding, didn't apologize at all, said she was going to get me something to put on it but didn't. Then when drying my nails under the uv light, she took out my hand and my thumb hadn't dried, she proceeded to blame me for not putting my hand under the light, which I did, and yelled at me and kept giving me dirty looks. After all this, I payed $80 with tax for a shellac mani pedi, I just returned home and found that one nail has a cloudy effect, extremely disappointing. The pedicure was good, no issues with the nail tech that did my toes. But after $80 including taxes and shellac removal, not worth it and would not return.
