  • August 2017: We were driving by and noticed this apartment complex in a quiet area in the heart of Plaza Midwood. We went in and Jateah and Mary were nothing but great help. We landed a great spot! Thank you. 1/31/2018 Update: it has been 6 months since living here and not sure I can ever leave. The amenities are awesome and the apartment is very cozy! Domanique has been good too. 5/17/2018 Update: we have been living at the VOC for about 9 months now. The place is great, amenities are fabulous, and Kat is an all-star. She is so responsive with packages, always wears a smile, and makes sure residents abide by the rules to help keep VOC a great place to live. Someone needs to recognize her efforts, and it will start with me. On a negative end, I did have a poor encounter with a leasing office associate. This person was unfriendly and had poor customer service. Hope I caught them on a bad day but, regardless, it was less than ideal. Everything else about the place is GREAT!
