  • They were dishonest with me. Home warranty company had me make an appointment for my A/C to be serviced with these guys last Wednesday. Appointment was from 2pm-6pm the next Sunday(for certain because I chatted with girl on the phone about needing late pm appointment because of church in the morning). Well 6pm rolls by and no one shows. Called them 10 times and kept getting voicemail recording and behold, the voicemail box was full. Next day they tell me my appointment was in their "book" for next Thursday. So these guys want me to believe someone in Vegas with temps near 110 all week is going to just wait 8 days to get service? Be real. That lie was ridiculous and lame. I can smell BS ten miles away. Watch out.
