  • Had 2 pairs of glasses made here. Loved the frames. They were fitted by 2 different people. I am new to glasses and progressives. One was a sunglass with transition. I was told I would get use to them. In shopping for dark polarized glasses I was told my transition sunglasses were not made properly. (Sunglasses should have a different placement of bifocal to prevent disorientation) made appoint meet with eye doctor and had eye exam to confirm. Went in to discuss and was treated very badly- after buying 2 pairs of glasses. The owner whipped out him measuring device stated he was right in his sizing and then said he could fix it - took my glasses in the back- bent them and said he FIXED it. I own a construction and design business and this is about as bad a treatment as one can receive. It's not that things are not done right the first time it's all in how the company owner handles it. Glasses are expensive and this was total error on his part. Rude, defensive and treating my glasses badly was just such a tell I had to post.
