The staff is rude and the place is dirty. There is a thin film of dust with what feels like grease or something in the room. The lamp has what
looks like a can of soda exploded leaving a brownish film/ stain all over the place (lamps and curtains). The toilet seat was stained with burn marks of some kind, presumably cigarettes.
We asked for a late check Saturday night, but our key card was deactivated around 11AM after coming back from the Pride Parade. The manager supposedly gave us access to our room. We went upstairs but the key card still would not work. We went back downstairs and the lady at the front desk said we were not allowed a late check out. We had to argue with and told her we were just here! After she verified that we were allowed to stay she gave us access to our room. Got our luggage and left around 12:15 Sunday to checkout. After wasting about 20 minutes with the staff.
Would we stay here again...NO! The Wyndham is near by and that's where we stayed two years ago. It was about $20 more a night and thought we would save our money by staying at The Ramada. Definitely not worth the money we saved.
The only reason it got two stars is the location is great and the price. Other than that I would avoid this place if you can.
