  • As first time home-buyers, my boyfriend and were not exactly sure what we wanted in a house, except for location. Dawn was able to help us not only figure out what we wanted, but explain the process of buying a home in a simple manner. Dawn was definitely a breath of fresh air compared to other realtors, who were just trying to sell to us. Dawn actually created a trusting relationship, and gave her honest opinion throughout the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home, and definitely plan on using her in the future for buying another home.
