| - Horrible customer service and higher prices than other UPS locations.
I received terrible service from Neil and the owner. Neil, on a power trip, decided to give me an incredibly hard time about some rules he either made up, or could not product documentation for. After being in the store for literally over 30 minutes, I could clearly hear him making fun of me WITH THE OWNER for "not being able to work a knife" (I had trouble cutting the old labels off my box). This went on for two minutes until he returned to the counter and I told him not only me, but all the other customers in the store could hear him making fun of me. Neil is a grown man people, not some dumb high school kid. He should know 1) not to be a bully, especially AT WORK 2) don't do it in front of customers and 3) don't let the customers you're making fun of while talking with the owner of the business hear you.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other employees I've worked with there have been short, rude, and also on a power trip. I think the fabulously classy owner must empower them to act like big jerks since he's always around backing up their rude service. It's completely insane they treat people like this- I'm just super glad it wasn't my Grandmother that was treated that poorly, because I'm sure her questions would have irritated him far more than mine, and I've been using UPS for literally 15 years over the course of various jobs, which my most recent I became hazardous shipment certified and am VERY familiar with logistics.
Worst. Location. Ever.
I now drive down to FedEx on exit 23 for better prices and INCREDIBLY nicer and helpful staff.
