  • I brought my Land Rover into the Pecos Tuesday morning 3/27/2017 to have a valve stem replaced and get a quote on a set of new tires which I was planning to purchase the next week.They promptly replaced the wrong valve stem on the wrong side of the car. I noticed the tire still looked low later in the day and when I tried to air it up I couldn't because it still had a bad valve stem. I went back the next morning at 7:30AM and the young man in the office said he couldn't help me because he was there by himself and sent me on my way with a low tire. So I came back at lunch and asked them to replace the correct valve stem at which time the young man from this morning told me I had a nail in my tire as well. I asked him to plug it until I could get my new tires next week. He refused saying my tire was over three years old, which it is NOT. I saw them struggling to put air into the tire and it was because they still didn't replace my bad valve stem that they were supposed to replace yesterday, and sent me on my way. with a tire that went completely flat going down Warm Springs before I got back to my office. I'm now stranded at my office. This is ridiculous. WORST customer service and customer care EVER.
