  • One star is too much for this place but that is the lowest I can give, fortunately for them. Don't deal with this internet based site, my anniversary flowers still haven't gotten delivered and it is now 5:30pm and the driver apparently still have them in his truck. The lady on the phone gave an explanation that tele-marketers can call up till 9pm so if that is acceptable then it is perfectly acceptable to deliver flowers up till 9pm. And she said it was my fault that I did not specify in the instruction to have it delivered in the AM so the drivers won't put mine as a priority and they go whatever is convenient to their route. Seriously, anniversary flowers so late in the day and maybe even not delivered until 9pm is totally outrageous, if it gets delivered at all, what a crappy business and thanks so much for ruining an anniversary surprise.
