  • My wife has new credit and we bought a car there for 4k down. After we bought the car, I had to go there five times in a week fixing a lose parking light, shaking wheels 3 times which can't be perfectly fixed since they said it was the after market wheels. After all the waste of time, the last time we went there was to return the car because they couldn't get us financed and needed another 2k for the down payment. We agreed upon it and after I had to be late for work dealing with all these problems, I checked the new deal which needed more money down and higher rates finding out that they were being shady and took out the warranty we bought without telling us so the price would look agreeable so I decided not to get the car after all. They returned our deposit saying that it would be 72 hours but ended up being 5 business days plus 2 days weekend. I ended up buying the same car at Honda West for better rates, better options and condition car and cheaper price!! There are 3 reasons I gave them 2 stars. First is the sales guy Ignacio was great and helpful. Second is they did gave us back all the deposit money. Third is the mechanic manager was very helpful snd tried his best to fix the car.
