  • BEWARE!! Bait & Switch store. Company is NOT Verizon!! They are a only reseller & only give the appearance of a corporate store on the outside. They discussed one type of deal with me when the paperwork stated another. Their salesmen are as slimy as it gets. Verizon customer service has been great to me over the years, but there is nothing they could do in this matter. The Verizon rep even said "I really wish there weren't any third-party sellers. We see this all the time & there's no way for us to rectify the problems" I recommend buying your iPhone directly from Apple, or other device directly from Verizon Corporate stores. Do a search for the so-called Business Customer Service number (1-877-851-0649). One of the top hits will be the company site's Terms of Service which reveals one of the many forms they give & it states you are entering into an agreement to not sue the company, either individually or via class action.
