  • Despite this establishment's "cocky" attitude, and absolutely ridiculous dress-code in CLEVELAND, OH, the staff's customer service skills might be the most embarrassing i've ever experienced. Don't bother trying to contact them for VIP on the website or phone numbers provided, it'll take them over a week to get back to you, IF they get back to you. You're a basement "club", in Cleveland, OH... get over yourselves.
