Started with the Softshell Crab. This was crispy and well executed but lacked a unique or interesting flavor profile. The dish amounts to expensive fried seafood.
My main was gnocchi with lamb shank, pecorino, rosemary, pine nuts, pomegranate. The gnocchi had a nice mouthfeel. Softy and starchy interior with an oily and crisp exterior. The flavor profile of the dish was too herbacious for an entree for my tastes.
The waffle dessert was amazing. It achieved an excellent balance of soft creamy vanilla ice cream, sweet syrup, and buttery/soft waffle. By far my favorite item of the meal.
