  • Not even sure why they let you make appointments here. I had a 2:15 to get tire rotation. Nothing more. Pretty basic. Well I knew something was off when I stood at the counter just waiting for somone to help me.... 3 guys ran by said hello and said they be right with me.... No not really. As I write this it is 3:10 and my car is not even in a bay yet. It is where I left it. Sitting there.... I have to sit here and wait it out. Today was the only day that worked with my schedule. I would get up and ask something but the line is now 4 people long and it isn't looking good. My best advise..... Come when you have all day to spend here. Bring drinks. They offer none. Bring a book or a blanket and pillow and make yourself comfy... Your going to be here a while. So it is 3:40. I finally stood back in line to ask about my car.... Miracle of miracles my car is next they swear. So basically what they don't tell you here is if you show up with no appointment.... 2 hours.... If you have an appointment.... 2 hours. Not sure why they do it this way. The worst part there is no where to walk to from here to hang out. I usually go to the small almost hidden one up on Southern and McClintock. Yesterday they got me 4 new truck tires... No appointment.... 80 minutes! Maybe these guys need to go and learn a few things from them.
