| - I AM SO FURIOUS, RIGHT NOW. I AM JUST LIVID!. BE EXTREMELY WARY, OF THIS PLACE. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF LAYING SOME CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THEM AND ALSO SUING THEM, FOR STEALING MY ANIMAL AND THEN, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THEIR WEBSITE, PUTTING HER PICTURE UP THERE, AS IF THEY HAD ALSO INTENDED TO GIVE HER UP FOR ADOPTION!. WHEN I AM DONE WITH THEM, THEY WILL BE SO SORRY THAT THEY DID THAT.
On January 15, 2018, The Toronto Animal Services, came into my private home, while I was away for a few hours and stole my small kitty. They later claimed that my landlord had given my small cat to them. They also denied being in my home (without my permission, which they needed to have, but did not). IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THE TORONTO ANIMAL SERVICES, TO ENTER SOMEONE'S PRIVATE HOME AND TO REMOVE THEIR ANIMAL. I had left my kitty safely locked into my rental unit. But she was not safe from them. Everything was done, maliciously against me. It was a big conspiracy and so many of them, is going to be facing legal consequences, for their actions, that they will never attempt this against anyone else, anytime soon. I just happened to see my small kitty's picture on their website today, and I am so angry. She looked so sad and frightened. She must have been wondering what has happened to her. First, they broke the lock off my door and then stole her. She was never in any danger at that time. I had only been out of my home for a few hours. What made them think that they could come into my home and take my cat?. And without my permission. She was not wandering around, nor was she ill, or in any discomfort. She was just waiting for me to get back home. How many pet owners do that everyday?. And how many get to have their animals stolen, from their private home, by the Toronto Animal Services, while they were out for a few hours?. They tried to cover their ass by first denying that they had come into my home and taken my animal without my permission, by also saying that my landlord, had given my animal to them. Since I did not give anyone of them any permission to do that, that is a Mischief charge right there. Along with a theft charge and many other charges against them all. Plus I am going to sue the Toronto Animal Shelter, and the others who were involved with them, for harming my cat. Yes, they caused her severe distress, plus they also vaccinated her without my permission. Then they told me that I had to pay a fee to get her back. Which I also did. I had picked her up just in time, as the Toronto Animal Shelter, had also planned to performed a major surgery on her the next day, by neutering her. As well as to take out her baby teeth!. Someone told them, that my kitty was 8 months old and so their vet had planned to removed her baby teeth!. She was only four months old, at the time that they stole her, so she had every right to keep her baby teeth. FOR THREE DAYS, I CALLED ALL OVER THE PLACE AND LOOKED FOR HER, ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY HAD TAKEN HER.
When I picked my kitty up, their shelter is disgusting. They promptly handed her over back to me, while at the same time, making excuses that they had never came into my home.
I have been learning a lot, about those City of Toronto divisions, such as the Humane Society, the Toronto Animal Shelter, the SPCA and the Veterinary Clinics, and how they all work together, to get rid of animals and one of their main methods for doing that is to kill them. For instance, I have also learned that, the Toronto Animal Shelter, DO NOT TAKE UP STRAY, OR FERAL CATS. NOT EVEN WHEN THE WHETHER IS MINUS 20 OR MINUS 30 DEGREES OUTSIDE. THEY LEAVE THOSE HOMELESS CATS TO FREEZE TO DEATH. I KNOW, I HAVE CALLED THEM AND SO HAVE OTHERS WHO KNOW OF THOSE STRAY CATS, WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE. YET THEY HAVE THE GALL, TO GO INTO SOMEONE'S PRIVATE HOME AND REMOVED THEIR ANIMAL! AND WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION, TO ENTER THEIR HOME?. One person that I know who looks after stray cats has told me, that they regularly put them to sleep. In other words kill them. And those cats are healthy. The Toronto Animal Shelter and the Humane Society, claim that no one will adopt those cats and kill them. This person use to (and still does) have contact with the Humane Society.
As I am in the media and also an animal owner, I plan to give this a lot of publicity. But for now, those Toronto Animal Shelter officers, who came into my home and removed my animal, because of some maliciousness on the part of my landlord, are also going to be answering to me, for their actions.
