| - I live across the street from this store. I do shop there when I need an item that I may have forgotten during my "big shop". From the day that this store opened I have never experienced anything like this depressing store. First of all, no matter what you are looking for, you can bet it will not be on the shelf. The selection is extremely limited throughout the store. Customer service is non-existent. The employees that are stocking the limited selections have no interest in the customer. On a recent shop, I wanted to buy some salmon from the service seafood counter. I waited for about 10 minutes - there were several meat dept employees stocking the pre-packaged goods, and one meat employee in the back that was doing something. Finally, I walked back to the meat cutting area to ask for help. No apologies were offered. This echo's what happens in the deli. The employee's ignore every customer. The selection is limited and one walks away shaking their head thinking "why shop here?". During my most recent shopping experience at this store, as I did the self-checkout - where I had to flag down a clerk to help me - I felt bad for interrupting her conversation with another clerk - I asked her if the store was shutting down since it appeared that the store shelves were not being stocked. She responded "NO, we are just behind". Hmmmmm. no "oh, I am sorry you feel that way". My advice, just shut the place down. None of your employees care, and, the community has many better options for our shopping needs.
