Terrible, terrible, terrible service. We have been using this service for the past few years. Dropping car off is no problem but the picking up is the issue. Last week it was -20 weather and we flew in at 4 am with our very tired 4 yr old. Two empty Valet Park and Fly vans drove right by us (even after making eye contact with my husband) in those freezing temps. My husband complained at the desk and spoke to the manager. This was a useless exercise. They just gaslighted him and told him the vans were "probably full or perhaps they didn't see you and well your 4 year old may have been there but there are other people waiting as well"...there was no "sorry sir. We will look into what happened and ask our staff." Isn't that Managment 101 when it comes to dealing with customer complaints?? We will not be participating in this punishing experience of park and fly ever again. Especially when the staff are grouchy when you approach the desk and you barely get what you paid for when they don't even care if the van stops to pick you up. They must not have a happy work culture behind the scenes with useless angry managment like this. This time BELIEVE those other reviews! Take a nice comfortable cab!
