  • Here it is! Born & Raised in Cali now in Arizona ~ it was a Blessing to have El Tepeyac here in Surprise, unclear on why it was in a Senior Gated Community... anyways I went out there today to order the Hard Taco & Taquitos Plates ~ Not only was I told one of the owners and staff walked off the job 3 weekend ago ... The food was very depressing... I swear the beans were refried Can beans the Spanish rice was bland, no seasoning .. the shredded meat for the tacos and taquitos were cold and watery with no taste ~ It's a SHAME I will not be going back there ~ It was a total was of my money !!
