Needed to get my oil change. I called a week ago to schedule an oil change and had bad luck. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and scheduled me my time to come in. As I arrived last week they had no record of my time or request and that I would have to either call back to make a new one or use the quick lube which was 6 cars in length at the time. They said come back in the am before 930. I couldn't make it in until the following week (meanwhile my oil life is currently at 3%)
Came back today at 845a to get my "quick" lube done and again they had 5 cars in line (which is fine I get that it's busy and people want to be a the rush) to get service done.. now I could have just made an appointment like I wanted too and wouldn't be out $100. Poor skills they have in the service department. Maybe just my luck
