  • An upscale Smart & Final?!? Up until today, I wouldn't have thought this possible but it's true! The clerk told me that this store, called Smart & Final EXTRA opened in December 2015 and it has everything that you'd normally see at SnF except this store is newer, cleaner, larger and has a much better selection than the traditional stores. One of the biggest areas of improvement would be the much larger produce section which even has bulk foods bins which I've never seen at a SnF before. This store sort of feels like a smaller WinCo but it has a much more convenient location for me. Not that I'll never go to the other two east side SnF locations again but I'm pretty sure I have a new SnF home store! I'll definitely come back!
