  • There were only 2 office staffed on a Saurday. The one person who gave us the tour detoured us from considering Broadstone Waterfront any further because of the attitude while on tour. We felt like an imposition when asking to see the second model ( which happened to be located right next door). The lack of staff to accommodate other tours, the 25 minute wait in the lobby and the other person giving tours rolling their eyes and saying aloud how there was just too much to handle before asking for assistance from the one who actually gave us our tour. I asked if there was another pool since a man and toddler took up the bulk of it. I felt this one was incredibly small. The hot tub where we currently live is about the size of the pool at your facility. I asked about noise and It was highly discouraged. Overall feel was that of a retirement home and not a fun apartment in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. We will not be returning.
