They just need to close this location. If all T-Mobile locations were as bad as this one I would have switched to Verizon yesterday.
This place is the antithesis of customer service. I took my LG V20 here since the phone was overheating and the battery failed to the point of the phone not working at all. They also installed a screen protector at this location which is now tearing apart, even though it has a "lifetime" warranty. The T-Mobile sales rep looked at the phone and said, "We don't honor the warranty, and we don't carry that product anymore. You have to go through the manufacturer. The battery is only warrantied for 30 days." Idiotic! The rep didn't even bother to check my account to see that I had a protection plan. I was so mad, I walked out before I made a scene. I went to the Tempe Marketplace location. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a warranty protection plan with us?" I told the rep I believed I did, and he looked up my information. He took care of my issue in less than 5 minutes.
I highly recommend going somewhere else. After my phone is paid off, I am dropping T-Mobile for good--too many issues over the last few years! Save yourself the trouble, go to a different T-Mobile store--any other T-Mobile store.
