  • We had a mishap by a young and brand new manicurist that resulted in injury. When it was brought to the owners attention she was more than apologetic and not only gave a full refund and gift certificate but even went out of her way to buy an OTC to treat the resulting injury! The manicurist has since been relieved of her duties. I'm very pleased and I will return to give the owner another shot. I fully support small businesses and mistakes happen and it's how it's delt with that shows their promise!
