  • I had a wonderful experience at this Paradise Valley location off Bell, starting with my initial phone contacts with Lauren the CT tech. Lauren was knowledgeable and answered several questions about the procedure. When I arrived to pick up my prep kit, Alicia, the CT director, went out of her way to explain the prep procedure while dispensing the prep kit for my CT Colongraphy screening. Then, Alicia went above and beyond by providing me with her business cell, should any issues arise regarding the prep. She was amazing and even answered my texts almost immediately! Day of the procedure, Lauren was professional, gentle and caring - and a real pro. I thought it was going to be more difficult than it was. Lauren assured me that everything was going well. So reassuring! I have over-the-top renewed confidence in Simon Med because of my experience with Lauren and Alicia. And, by the way, my report confirmed techniques used were spot on and I received a clean bill of health! Thank you Simon Med for hiring the greatest talent out there for what can be such an awkward procedure. I'm a fan for life! Please acknowledge your CT team for doing such a great job. They deserve a top customer service and patient engagement award!
