Wow is all I can say. As I didn't really have a problem with TSA I saw another passenger deal with these "gods gift to security " personnel. A passenger was only questioning why he always gets pulled out of line to have his computer checked. Passenger was not being rude at all. Then the manager of T-4 TSA walked pass me and said " what a **cking douch bag " I calmly stated to him that that was not good customer service and he told me, I'm not in customer service. Then I told him that my 12 year old daughter was standing right next to me. He looked at her and walked away. No oh I'm sorry or anything to me or my daughter. Maybe a little customer training is exactly what he needs.
