Don't think we have ever had a really bad Hyatt Place stay other than one time but not really because of the room but more the staff. Here again is a typical one in a business district. So it made us wonder if we have stayed here before because they all look pretty similar lol but no think this was a new one for us.
Got here before dinnertime, checked in, and checked out the room. Was content with it. Nice, clean, bit bigger than our Springhills night before, and a good size pull out. WiFi was good. Pool was nice and clean. Kids had fun there before dinner.
Our only complaint was a big crack spanning across the bathroom tiles in the shower. Was more an eyesore and worry than a complaint.
Also wished we had a microwave in the room because this time we had to heat up something and neglected to make sure we had one or not. But we called down the night before and they assured us we could use theirs downstairs.
However come morning time we found out that they had these huge utility microwaves which we can't really use but the kitchen attendant person in the morning was so impatient and helpful and heated up our food for us bit by bit while he had to attend to the breakfast area. I have to give him props because he was so kind and helpful and most of all patient because he didn't have to do that for us at all. Plus we had to rush out in the morning and he gave us to-go utensils, cups and plates so my family can grab breakfast and run. Thank you for doing that. Wish we got his name but he was the breakfast attendant on 6/11 morning and we couldn't be more grateful for him :)
Had a pleasant stay. No big issues. Nice and comfortable. Because of the nice staff, we would stay here again because now I recall another Hyatt Place that was quite cold in their reception years past and that left us with a not as positive image for awhile. But thanks again Phoenix North Hyatt Place for making this overnight stay quite enjoyable and pleasant.
