We had a bad experience from the time we pulled up to valet, to the time that we checked out! The valet ignored us when we pulled up, they claimed they did not have any luggage carts left so we carried our own bags in. We checked in and got a room right next to the elevator that was noisy, with two full size beds for one couple (two adults).
Someone walked into our room because the front desk told them it was empty and assigned them the same room. If we had not been in the room who knows what could have happened, they could have taken our valuables or anything. When I called the front desk about people coming into our room they acted like we were in the wrong and said "well they left right away they didn't take anything did they?" But if we weren't in the room when it happened they could have!
We came to Cleveland for a concert, and when we returned, there was no one was at the desk and no one answered the phone when we found out that they had deactivated our key cards to our room as well, so we were locked out until we finally found the valet guy to reactivate our key cards.
I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on the phone with their supervisor Melissa, who told us that they gave us this room because she "could see that we booked through priceline and we got the left over room" but she could not refund our stay because we booked through priceline.
I have never had these issues before booking through priceline!
I have never had such terrible customer service from the time we checked in to the time that we checked out!
