  • This is the worst apt complex in Las Vegas. They take advantage of so many things, because they have low deposit they actually are charging the money in other fees that are more expensive. I just moved out the apt and basically you loose your deposit not matter what, i cleaned the apt and left the apt in really good conditions, without any marks on walls or anything, because of the way the do things they have a basic charge of $250.00 when you move out (painting, cleaning, carpet shampoo). Insane expensive everything. $112 to paint nothing because the apt was in good conditions but they charge it not matter what. Also very sketchy apt complex. Fights all the time, very dirty, people feeding pigeons, drugs, also there was a shooting and a person got killed. I really do not recommend this place. You can find better places and for the same price.
