  • Lost my business. Took cat in for claw trim (again) and first thing.. clerk (blonde) at counter (not helping anyone) just looked like she wished everyone on the planet were dead. Then they insisted my cat get a rabies shot (she had one already.. not my problem you can't find a record of it) or supposedly they can't see her (but they did the last time, 3 months ago, and never mentioned shot). Trying to force me to buy a shot I don't need, sorry.. I'm gone. You would do well to remember there are other pet care centers. Bye
