  • Next to Joe's....it's tough to decide which steakhouse is my favorite. Not just in Vegas, but any steakhouse. I only ended up doing the steak, but can't wait to go back to do a full-on dinner with starters, yada yada. What I can say is that the NY strip is....I mean, dayum. Daaaayuuuummmmm. It was too damn good. Did fries on the side and also dayyyyuuummmmmm. The steak, which was not waygu...was just so gooooood. Like, it came out perfectly cooked and basically cut like warm butter. Dat cross-section is what we all strive for, I tell ya whut. Dem fries were the perfect crispiness of precision. The best, around. No one is gonna take 'em down. The bar staff is awesome. They don't take no shit and dish it right out. Cool dudes. It has also come to my attention that smoking is allowed in the outside dining area...which is my mistake not doing that from the get-go...cause it's going to fulfill my dream of eating a stupid ass-delicious steak with some silly grape drank (wine) after a few scotches while smoking a cigar in public all while discussing the finer points of international trade markets primarily in emerging markets for while wearing a top-hat and saying 'quite' way too many times in an imperialistic accent. Okay...maybe no top hat.
