Made a telephone inquiry from out of town, to inquire if a particular item from their website was indeed available, prior to placing order. Was provided incorrect info by salesperson, mistakenly referring to wrong item, then left on hold for over 10 mins, then no answer with multiple attempts to call back. Can't trust this place- the customer service seems incompetent, unless this clerk was emergently distracted; can't afford the benefit of the doubt, with a long distance/ internet order.
