  • The store service was great! The reason for the 2 stars is they didn't have my size so the sales lady told me to order it and it would only take 3 days to receive it. I asked about going to another store and she said it would be better to ship them. I asked when they get their shipment in and she said that's an even worse option. So I ordered and was assured it would only be 3 days. However, today is day 5. I called the 800 number and was told it was 3-5 days and my order was scheduled to be delivered on the 10th. The 10th is 10 DAYS!!! I asked why the associate told me 3 days and was told that was for a faster delivery option, and it takes 3-5 days. But my order is taking 10 days and somehow she keeps saying that if you order on the 1st and receive it on the 10th that's only 5 days. Maybe I just have too many fingers, but I count 10 days 1-10th. Beware! If this store doesn't have something and you order, it will be 10 days before you receive it!
