  • I had the need of going to the ER Children's yesterday, while as a mother you worry they won't listen to your concerns, and knowing that you are there because something is wrong, I was so pleased with the service I received yesterday, Kaitlyn our Nurse was beyond great, she knew that we were worried, and was very urgent to get a doctor and made sure we were taken care of. I saw 2 doctors and both were engaged and very aware of my concerns. Our Last Doctor, I think his name was Dr. Nelson represented your hospital extremely well. I have nothing but a thankful heart for the people we had helping us yesterday. Thank you, and understand that as parents going to the hospital is the only place we have to know our kids will get better. Thanks Again. *the only thing I would say is the privacy of every patient, I could hear everyone's issues and situations, while we are all there with the same purpose, I think some would benefit from a private space.
