  • A friend of mine had her lashes done at keikos and I loved the way they looked. I texted to make an appointment which is convenient and earns bonus points for me. After a few questions over text I received a call from the gentleman that runs the front desk. He was extremely helpful and professional. I felt confident after our phone call. I knew from other reviews that keiko was located in a home. It was a little difficult to find.. No signage or anything just pink fabrics and trinkets in the window. Parking isn't an issue as Keiko is located right across from a grocery store and a drug store. When I arrived Keiko was manning the desk. She informed me that she only accepted cash. I wasn't aware of this so I had to run to the grocery store and get cash back. Not a huge deal but definitely something that should be mentioned upon booking. I agree with the previous poster that Keiko had a slight tobacco scent on her hands. Nothing offensive. She asked me questions about length, curl, mink or silk etc. I opted for size 14 silk lashes. Keiko was extremely fast. My entire appointment took about 45 minutes. At the end she informed me that my one eye has less lashes so that was why they looked a bit uneven. The lashes do look great but I can notice a slight difference between my eyes. Otherwise, for the price Keiko can't be beat. She is extremely accommodating, affordable and knowledge. The only downsides were the cash only rule and the unevenness of the lashes.
