  • As friendly and polite as the staff are. I would never come back to this place to do my nails. I came in as a first time customer. - I asked them if they did BIO-SCULPTER GEL on the phone, they said yes. However, it was SEAWEED gel instead, which is not as strong as BIO nor as healthy for your nails. - Price on their website for gel mani says $35 - they charged me $60. - I asked for a manicure first and she cut my cuticles without soaking them first or anything. Didn't even push back the skin first. This caused them to tear and bleed all over. - The tips were glued from the middle of my nails that it created a DOUBLE nail! As in 1mm of space between them, lol (i'm not kidding) - She put so much glue that it glued the side of my nails to my skin. - For some reason the 1st girl decided to pass me over to another girl mid gel application and made me move tables. No explanation. - 2nd girl - I asked for a french finish - she put the white part on HALF of my nail - not just the tip. So I had half white nails and half..not. Clearly she's never done a french finish in her life. - Never filed the nail after each application, so they were lumpy. My finger tips looked like light bulbs. - Never cleaned the inside of my nail so it was full of gunk. - On top of all that, some of my nails started peeling off in just 2-3 days afterwards. Worst $70 I ever spent. In addition, the girls sat around talking on their phones. One of them put her feet up on a stool next to me with no shoes or socks and just texted away. The staff are easily distracted, unprofessional and clearly need a lot more training on how to do nails - or at least GEL nails. This was one of the WORST gel/mani I have ever had.
